75-100 fish trips are common

These are VERY popular trips and I run about 80-100 each year. The focus of these trips is to keep the rods bent and you in the action as much as possible. The main species you will catch are White Perch (largest in NC), Crappie, Catfish and Bass. Bring a cooler along if you would like to take some fish home to eat. The Perch, Crappie and Catfish are excellent on the table.

From April - November, the main method of fishing will be done using slip corks. This is a very interactive and fun way to catch fish. During the colder months, we use bottom rigs of various sorts. Both ways are VERY effective and catching fish is guaranteed.
